The OSV 8000 is a skid mounted tank pro­tected by a robust frame designed to with­stand rough han­dling under severe weather & sea con­di­tions. This tank meets the require­ments of DNV 2.7−1 Spec­i­fi­ca­tions for North Sea con­di­tions. Safe and easy han­dling is catered for by four upper lift­ing lugs and two fork lift pockets.

This tank also has approvals for road, rail and sea trans­port. It has DNV 2.7−1 /​EN 12079 ADR /​RID and IMDG approvals and can be used for nitro­gen work on oil rigs through­out the World.

The tanks can be pro­duced with work­ing pres­sures up to 6 bar (88 psig). ASME ver­sions can be offered at pres­sures of either 3 or 4.5 bar.

The tank also fea­tures high vac­uum super-​insulation, stack­ing capa­bil­ity 2 high, full set of decals (includ­ing logo’s where sup­plied by cus­tomer), pres­sure build sys­tem and var­i­ous pipework options for max­i­mum versatility.
